Returns And Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy of Attitude Designers ?
- The order can be cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order if the customer has not opted for any customization of the product.
- A refund equivalent to the purchase price, less banking and service charges, would be refunded to the given bank account.
- The refund might take 10-15 days after cancellation of the order.
What is the Return Policy of Attitude?
- Customers must inform Attitude within 24 hours of product delivery if they wish to return a product.
- To initiate a return request, the customer must send an email to attitudepanache1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, mentioning the Order ID and reason for return.
- A time-stamped unboxing and in-boxing video is mandatory to initiate the return process. Requests without this video will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with original tags and bill intact.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. Attitude Designers Ltd. will not provide return pickup services.
- Once the returned product is received by us, a standard quality check will be conducted.
- If the product is found damaged, used, altered, or not in saleable condition, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the customer may request the product to be sent back by paying the shipping charges.
- If the product passes the quality check, the return process will be initiated and a refund equivalent to the purchase price (excluding banking charges) will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
- Refunds may take 10–15 working days after initiation, depending on the bank.
- Returns are accepted online only. Returns at offline stores are not allowed.
- Customized products (including fall pico, tassels, or any alterations) are not eligible for return.
What is the Exchange Policy of Attitude Designers?
- Customers must inform Attitude Designers Ltd. within 24 hours of product delivery if they wish to exchange a product.
- To initiate an exchange request, the customer must send an email to attitudepanache1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, mentioning the Order ID and reason for exchange.
- A time-stamped unboxing and inboxing video is mandatory to initiate the exchange process. Exchange requests without the required video will not be accepted.
- Exchange is allowed only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and no customization (such as fall pico, tassels, or alterations) has been done.
- The product must be returned with original tags, original bill, and original packaging intact.
- Exchange shipping charges (return shipping) must be borne by the customer. No free reverse pickup will be provided.
- Once the exchanged product is received by us, a quality check will be conducted.
- If the product is found used, damaged, altered, or not in saleable condition, the exchange request will be rejected.
In such cases, the customer can request the product back by paying the shipping charges, and no exchange will be processed. - After successful quality approval, the customer may exchange the product for any other product of equal or higher value available on the website. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are accepted online only. Exchanges at offline stores are not allowed.
- Products purchased under Discount, Sale, Offer, or Promotional Pricing are strictly not eligible for exchange or refund.

If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package and return the product by following the steps in return section

Cancellation and refund facility is applicable only for orders placed through our official website. Customers who purchase products directly from our offline store after physical inspection are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
